# Draft and Deprecated Documents

**Purpose:** Archive for old, duplicate, or deprecated documents

## Contents

This folder contains documents that have been superseded, consolidated, or are no longer needed in the active project structure.

### Folders Moved Here

1. **`Features_old/`** - Original Features folder (superseded by `system_design/features/`)
2. **`system_arch_final_old/`** - Temporary architecture folder (content moved to `system_design/`)
3. **`Creating_Gap_Analysis_old/`** - Original gap analysis folder (consolidated into `system_design/analysis/`)
4. **`Gap_Analysis_old/`** - Alternative gap analysis folder (consolidated)

### Files Moved Here

1. **`Engineering Review Report.md`** - Original review report (superseded by `system_design/analysis/Engineering_Review_Report.md`)
2. **`engineering review report2.md`** - Alternative review report (superseded)
3. **`SRS_Implementation_Summary.md`** - Temporary summary (information preserved in SRS documents)
4. **`Failure_Handling_Model.md`** - Duplicate (active version in `system_design/specifications/`)
5. **`System_State_Machine_Specification.md`** - Duplicate (active version in `system_design/specifications/`)
6. **`System Review Checklist.md`** - Duplicate (active version in `system_design/specifications/`)
7. **`system_requirementsand_and_traceability.csv`** - Duplicate (active version in `system_design/`)

### Status

**⚠️ DO NOT USE THESE DOCUMENTS FOR ACTIVE WORK**

All active, current documents are in:
- `System Design/system_design/` - Current system design documentation

### When to Delete

These documents can be safely deleted after:
1. Verification that all content has been moved to `system_design/`
2. Confirmation that no external references point to these files
3. Project team approval

### Archive Recommendation

Consider archiving this folder to:
- Preserve history
- Maintain traceability of document evolution
- Support audit requirements
